This patch may cause problem with Outlook 2010 and 2013

"Confirmed that KB3097877 is crashing Outlook 2010 when viewing specific HTML emails"

And also with exchange servers

starting. After the patch, you are unable to telnet to port 25 on the

This time DISM dont help and it cant remove package KB3088195

Helps: restore point -> restart -> BSOD, but different -> recovery console and command prompt
There offline sfc what founds and corrects, restart and again updates, but this time without kb3088195
